This Unknown Fig was found by Charlie Little in 2014 South of Mansfield, Arkansas in the Lake Spur community.
Unknown Lake Spur (also called Lake Spur Uknown or just Lake Spur) fig mother tree stood approximately 12ft tall and as wide as a bush form. The previous owner did not know the variety and he reported that it would die back some in a hard winter but come back strong and fruit.
It is an adriatic fig. It has decent tolerance to splitting. In a very dry year, heavy rain during ripening has caused some to split. In a mostly wet year there appears to be very little or no splitting.
