Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At FYP nursery we will make every effort to package and ship your plants so they arrive as you would expect. This may mean that when weather is hotter/freezing we alter the timing of our shipping, but rest assured we will communicate this with you.

If that plants arrive and there is a problem, we ask that you take a picture of the plant and contact us so we can discuss the matter with you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any request for a return should be included in an email to us with a picture of the plant/problem and a description of your concern. We will work with you to see what we can do to remedy the problem/issue.
