Do you recycle boxes?
Yes, we often reuse boxes to reduce waste and help the environment. This means a second life for an Amazon box possibly :)
How do I return a plant?
Email us with a photo of the plant within 5 days to start your return.
What proof is needed for refunds?
Send a picture of the plant and a scratch/scrape test showing the stem about an inch above the dirt (a small 1/4 inch scratch is sufficent). If when you scratch/scrape the stem it is brown, it is dead. If it is green it is still alive. This picture is needed within 5 days of receipt of the plants (see picture below).
When can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued within 5 days after you receive the plant.
Where do I send refund requests?
Please email your refund request and photos to our company email address at figniteyourpassion@gmail.com
Why do you require a cut test photo?
The cut test helps us confirm the plant is dead, not just dormant, ensuring fair refund processing.
